By using MoveHappy's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

MoveHappy provides professional moving services including but not limited to:

  • Local moving services
  • Long-distance moving services
  • International moving services
  • Packing and unpacking services
  • Storage solutions

3. Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the move may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are determined based on various factors including distance, size of move, and additional services requested. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Liability and Insurance

MoveHappy maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. We offer various levels of liability coverage for your belongings. Please discuss coverage options with our team before your move.

6. Prohibited Items

We cannot transport hazardous materials, perishable goods, plants, pets, or items prohibited by law. A full list of prohibited items will be provided upon booking.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the move
  • Ensuring access to both pickup and delivery locations
  • Being present or having an authorized representative present during the move
  • Properly preparing items for transport

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through our customer service department. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration.

9. Limitation of Liability

MoveHappy's liability is limited to the coverage level selected by the customer. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

MoveHappy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

11. SMS Terms and Conditions

Move Happy Moving - SMS Communications

Description: Move Happy Moving uses SMS messaging to communicate with clients regarding their moves and service interactions. You may receive SMS messages containing move updates, appointment reminders, confirmations, follow-up information, and service inquiries. The goal of the program is to help clients stay informed about their moves and services. All messages are created, managed, and controlled by Move Happy Moving, ensuring that the content is limited to moving coordination and client service communications.

Message Frequency: The frequency of messages may vary based on your move schedule and interactions with Move Happy Moving. You may receive up to 3-4 SMS messages per month related to your move or account status.

General SMS Terms

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS notifications from Move Happy Moving. You understand and agree to the following:

  • Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received, depending on your carrier's pricing plan.
  • Voluntary Participation: Subscription to these notifications is not required to use any services provided by Move Happy Moving.
  • Opt-out Option: You can unsubscribe from these notifications at any time by texting 'STOP' to the provided number and can seek assistance by texting 'HELP'.
  • Privacy Commitment: Your phone number will be used exclusively for delivering move-related communications and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Terms and Privacy Agreement: You acknowledge and consent to Move Happy Moving's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If you have consented to receive text messages from Move Happy Moving, you may receive messages related to the following:

  • Move appointment reminders
  • Appointment confirmations
  • Move updates and status notifications
  • Service inquiries
  • Schedule changes or updates

Example: "Aloha, this is Move Happy-moving, please call us 323 642 6331 for a free quote on full door to door move or reply to email from Sales team-Move happy. Reply STOP to opt-out"

Opt-Out Information:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the provided number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. If you decide to join again, simply opt in as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
